Mountain Vibes is a furnished home, not a hotel. We provide enough basic supplies to help you get settled in, but if you're staying more than a few days, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

We provide:

• Bed linens for each bed (plus the sleeper sofa, if applicable)

• Bath towels for up to 7 guests

• Basic kitchenware and cookware

• Enough laundry and dishwasher detergent for approximately 1 to 2 loads

• A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and other household essentials

Items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are sometimes available, but we cannot guarantee they will be stocked upon arrival.

If you're planning an extended stay, you'll need to bring your own preferred toiletries, paper products, laundry detergent, trash bags, and other personal or household supplies.

***We also recommend bringing your favorite pillows or blankets if you have specific comfort preferences. The linens, pillows, and towels we provide are clean, comfortable, and intended for everyday use, but they are standard household quality rather than luxury hotel bedding.***

YES! We make it easy to Pick Your Dates, Sign Your Traveler Agreement, and Pay for Your Reservation, all 100% ONLINE with a debit or credit card.

Cancellation policies vary based on how far out you booked your reservation, and whether or not you purchased Travel Insurance, which we highly recommend. To see the full cancellation policy that would be applicable to your dates just make an inquiry and the Terms and Conditions will pop up as you make the reservation. Generally, stays are non-refundable 30 days from the date of check-in, and have variable rules regarding stays more than 30 days out.

Traveler Agreement and Security Deposit Hold Required. After booking, we will send you a Red Carpet Rental Agreement to sign to complete your reservation. This no-nonsense Agreement protects the guest(s), host, and the property. The Agreement will come to you as a link, and we require all guests to sign it to rent any of our properties. The Agreement is available upon request before booking. This property requires a $300.00 security deposit, collected as a credit card hold.
