The home is really easy to find, and you have parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, which is relatively tight. To make the best of your stay and the most pleasant experience for all of us, please review our basic house rules prior to booking. Thank you! Yes, we advertise that this home "Sleeps 6," and it definitely can and does. 3 Full Beds. However, please keep in mind that the home is about 616 square feet total. If 6 fully grown adults showed up for a week with 8 fully grown suitcases, then it will absolutely be a little cramped. The ideal amount of humans for this size space is probably 4, but it will fit 6, especially if some of those people are not fully grown adults. After booking, we will send you a Red Carpet Rental Agreement to sign to complete your reservation. It's a no-nonsense Agreement that protects the guest, host, and the property, and is allowed within the policies and guidelines of all travel booking platforms. The Agreement will come to you as a link, and we require all guests to sign it to rent any of our properties, no matter where the reservation came from. You will have to upload a copy of your government-issued ID to complete your reservation. This property requires a $300.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT. It will be collected as a credit card hold separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in. Pet fees are $75 per dog, and if your OTA does not support multiple pet fees, we will collect it separately before check-in. Mountain Vibes is a furnished home, not a hotel. We provide enough basic supplies to help you get settled in, but if you're staying more than a few days, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.
We provide:
β’ Bed linens for each bed (plus the sleeper sofa, if applicable)
β’ Bath towels for up to 7 guests
β’ Basic kitchenware and cookware
β’ Enough laundry and dishwasher detergent for approximately 1 to 2 loads
β’ A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and other household essentials
Items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are sometimes available, but we cannot guarantee they will be stocked upon arrival.
If you're planning an extended stay, you'll need to bring your own preferred toiletries, paper products, laundry detergent, trash bags, and other personal or household supplies.
***We also recommend bringing your favorite pillows or blankets if you have specific comfort preferences. The linens, pillows, and towels we provide are clean, comfortable, and intended for everyday use, but they are standard household quality rather than luxury hotel bedding.***
Can I book online, and what is your cancellation policy, and any other rules?
YES! We make it easy to Pick Your Dates, Sign Your Traveler Agreement, and Pay for Your Reservation, all 100% ONLINE with a debit or credit card.
Cancellation policies vary based on how far out you booked your reservation, and whether or not you purchased Travel Insurance, which we highly recommend. To see the full cancellation policy that would be applicable to your dates just make an inquiry and the Terms and Conditions will pop up as you make the reservation. Generally, stays are non-refundable 30 days from the date of check-in, and have variable rules regarding stays more than 30 days out.

Are pets allowed at Red Carpet Furnished Homes?
YES, we allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs and cats, with a modest pet fee of $75 per pet. πΆ
NO PUPPIES. All dogs must be 2 years old or older, and the the list of restricted dog breeds includes: all Pit Bull breeds including the American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Irish Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Bully, Afghan Hound, Akita, Bernese Mountain Dog, Boxer, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Malamute, Mastiff, Canary Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Rottweiler, Saluki, St. Bernard, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid, and Weimaraner, and any dog that has a percentage or mix of any of the above breeds.

The 3 units in the Raleigh area are in perfect spots for traveling construction workers, traveling nurses, families in transition, and folks waiting on their new house to be ready. All are within 1 mile of grocery stores, shoppig, and nightlife, and all are within 15 minutes of downtown Raleigh, NC.

A Few Things to Know
Hidden Pond Lodge is intentionally designed to be clean, comfortable, practical, and budget friendly.
If you're looking for a comfortable place to call home for a few nights or a few weeks, you'll fit right in.
If you're expecting a luxury resort or a brand-new designer home, this probably isn't the best fit.
The Road:
The final quarter mile to the property is a private dirt and gravel road.
It is easily traveled by most cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans.
Guests with very low sports cars or lowered vehicles should use extra caution.
